A leading UK M&E contractor based in Central London who deliver Mechanical & Electrical projects in all sectors including Healthcare and commercial projects are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join and manage multiple projects. Mechanical Project Manager duties
* Management a team/ subcontractors
* Cost analysis
* Liaising with the client
* Managing the handover process
* Project reporting the board of directors
* Attend meetings
* Bring in the correct labour for the job required.
* Obtain quotations for materials and order inline with program of works.
* Raise and issue all Health and Safety
* Design through to completion
Salary + Package
* £65,000 - £75,000
* Bonus Scheme
