Cover Supervisor
Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor seeking to join a thriving Secondary school on a long-term contract this October?
Or are you aspiring to pursue a career in teaching and want to work in a welcoming, supportive Secondary school located in Basildon, Essex, offering excellent CPD opportunities?
Are you an ECT who's seeking valuable classroom experience before starting your induction?
Do you possess a strong understanding of the national curriculum and eager to take on an exciting new Cover Supervisor role to aid your growth and development?
Academics are working with a lovely, inclusive Secondary school in Basildon, Essex who are seeking a new Cover Supervisor to join from October 2024 on a long term contract.
As the school grows, it continues to build a team of committed, highly skilled staff professionals.
The school is currently looking for an inspirational and motivated cover supervisor with the drive, commitment, and creativity to support them in providing the best possible opportunities for their students.

The ideal candidate should:
** Be confident and enthusiastic with a passion for teaching
** Possess excellent communication and class management skills
** Create a safe, positive and supportive classroom environment
** Supervise learners and keep them engaged
** Be able to work on your own initiative
** Be comfortable in being at the front of the classroom, managing a classroom and ensuring learners stay on task
** Be flexible and adaptable to work in different subject areas
