Estates Manager – Independent Boys' School, Cobham, Kent (Near Rochester)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Permanent | 40 Hours per Week | Start ASAP
T4S Education is currently seeking a highly experienced Estates Manager to join an independent boys' school based in Cobham, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong background in estates management to play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and driving strategic improvement projects across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the day-to-day management of the school's estate and ensuring high standards of maintenance.
* Collaborating with the Director of Operations to establish an effective maintenance regime and develop a prioritised programme of improvements that meet the school’s academic, commercial, and compliance needs.
* Leading strategic projects, including repairs, maintenance, and grounds management.
* Managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and overseeing site security.
* Managing and supporting site staff, ensuring smooth operations across the school.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong background in estates management with experience managing site staff.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
* Comprehensive knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and budget management.
