Position: Complex SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Redbridge

Position Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3.30 PM, Monday to Friday

As a Complex SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with complex special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in east London. Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with complex special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), adapting strategies and interventions to meet their individual needs.

Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities, promoting their independence and confidence.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior, communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.
