A great school in Bedofrdshire I am currently representing are looking for a number of Learning Support Assistants where you expertise in personal care will be vital. Your expertise can make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Provide personalized care and support to students with Dementia and challenging behaviours.
Assist with daily personal care needs.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to each student.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a positive learning environment.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.Qualifications:
Previous experience in Personal Care, managing challenging behaviour.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in health and social care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring and patient nature.
