We’re working with a leading roofing contractor in Manchester who is looking for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to manage both estimating and quantity surveying duties. You’ll take on dual responsibilities—focusing on estimating during quieter periods and stepping into a Quantity Surveyor role during busy times.
In this flexible position, your expertise will be key in overseeing a wide variety of roofing projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage costs and budgets for live projects, ensuring everything stays on track.
