Site Manager – Primary School in Bromley, Kent

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? Or are you an experienced Site Manager seeking a new opportunity? We have an exciting opening at a well-regarded primary school based in Bromley, Kent, for a Site Manager
Salary: £28,594 - £30,841 per annum
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school site, ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment.
* Manage facilities, including building maintenance, repairs, and health & safety compliance.
* Carry out general DIY, routine maintenance tasks, and manage premises projects.
* Ensure security of the premises and grounds.
* Utilise your IT skills to handle facilities-related records and systems.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong knowledge of facilities management.
* Excellent DIY and general maintenance skills.
* Good IT skills for logging and managing maintenance tasks.
* Previous experience as a Site Manager is beneficial, though candidates with strong technical and handy-person skills are encouraged to apply.
