Job Description
Air Conditioning Engineer | Mobile | Commercial Property Portfolio | Servicing and Repair | M4 Corridor | Salary Negotiable (circa £43K-45K)
Due to contract expansion, we are currently seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to work on a mobile basis across a commercial portfolio of buildings on the M4 corridor (Reading to Bristol). You will be working as part of a large hard services maintenance team, carrying out servicing and repairs (PPMs and reactive maintenance) on commercial air conditioning (AC) and HVAC equipment.
Package:
* Salary negotiable dependant on experience (circa £43,000 - £45,000).
* Paid overtime available between x1.5 - x2 rate for additional earnings.
* Call Out 1 in 4
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm

Duties:
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across Air Conditioning (AC) / HVAC equipment.
* Reactive Maintenance / Fault Finding / Repairs across Air Conditioning (AC) / HVAC equipment.
* Minor installations across Air Conditioning (AC) / HVAC equipment.
* Equipment you will be working with: Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Split / Multi Split Systems, Ventilation, VRV / VAV Systems etc.
* Updating compliance records / company CAFM system with updates on works.
* Adhering to company health and safety policy.
Requirements:
* Must hold current F-Gas certificate.
* Must have experience carrying out servicing and repairs / planned and reactive maintenance to Air Conditioning equipment within a commercial environment.
* Nice to have: City and Guilds Level 2 / 3 in Air Conditioning.
