Job Title: Maintenance Plumber
Location: Brighton
Salary: £37K
Are you a skilled plumber looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in the Brighton area? My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a team on a large R&D site.
Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance
Handle planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive efficiently.
Undertake minor project installation tasks.
Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.Package:
Salary: Up to £37K per annum.
Holiday: Generous 33 days leave.

Working Hours: 40 hoursRequirements:
Plumbing qualifications and relevant experience.
