Job Description
SENIOR SITE MANAGER - HIGH END / PRIME RESIDENTIAL
The Senior Site Manager will establish and oversee all work associated construction sites, effectively managing the completion of all tasks in a safe, diligent, and responsible manner. Ensure the project is completed to the highest standard, on time, within the agreed cost, and to client satisfaction.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
● NVQ Level 6 in Construction or Management or equivalent
● SMSTS
● First Aid at Work
● PASMA
● Temporary Works Supervisor
● Proficient in Procore Site Management Tools
● Strong understanding of construction methods and safety regulations.
● Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
● Maintain high quality control standards.
● Supervise and motivate the team, as well as delegate tasks effectively and manage team deliverables.
● Build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
● Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
● Develop and update project programmes and manage risks.
● Proficient in Procore and other project management tools.
● Ensure compliance in document control.
● Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
● Manage and investigate incidents.
● Conduct safety inductions and Toolbox Talks.
EPERIENCE
* 7+ Construction experience
* High end residential for the last 4 - 6 years
PACKAGE
* 23 Days Holidays (3 to be taken during the Christmas shutdown period).

* Length of Service Leave – You will receive 1 day holiday on top of your entitlement for every year that you have worked, up to 5 additional days.
