Job Description
Multi Trades Recruitment is seeking a Labourer to join a well-established company in the Warwick Grove area.
About the role:
* Working Hours: 8am - 4pm (Potential for extra hours and weekends)
* Pay Rate: £13 per hour
* Brief Role Description:
* Ripping out bathroom suites and preparing areas for the next trade.
* Clearing rubbish and maintaining cleanliness in all areas, including communal spaces.
* Carrying materials and performing heavy-duty lifting.
* Collaborating with other trades and maintaining organisational standards.
* Working within occupied council houses and flats.
* Use of staircases may be necessary as lifts might not be available.
* Duration: Potential for a permanent position for the right candidate
* Start: ASAP
About You:
* High work ethic & team player
* Punctual & reliable
* You must have a clean driving licence and be over 25 years old
* CSCS Card
* DBS needed
* Ideal but not essential - Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Any other qualifications welcome including first aid at work but not essential
* PPE Required: Boots, gloves, mask, work trousers/safety trousers, goggles
