Job Title: Senior SHE Advisor

Overview

Due to continued growth, the position of Senior SHE Advisor has become available to join the clients successful team based in Reading. The client is looking for skilled individuals to help shape, create, and deliver pioneering solutions that transform the performance of the infrastructure ecosystem across the UK.

Role Requirements

Qualifications:

NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
Experience:

2-3 years of SHE-related experience
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Contract Operational and Supply Chain Contractors in the delivery of Contract SHE requirements
Actively support the investigation of all unplanned events and ensure the close-out of assurance findings, sharing lessons learned in accordance with the SHE Management System
Support the timely reporting, analysis, and use of SHE data to support and influence the Contract Leadership Team
Champion sustainability in Safety, Health, and Environment by prioritizing personal safety, wellbeing, and contributing to the thriving of the environment and communities
Demonstrate integrity by consistently doing the right thing in the right way
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a vital project, making a real difference in the Defence and Nuclear sector.
