Conveyancing Fee Earner

I am working on a brilliant opportunity for a residential conveyancer to join a highly respected firm based in Wolverhampton. My client are looking for a friendly, organised and efficient individual to work directly alongside the head of department and take on an existing caseload.



This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancing professional to learn and develop by working closely with a highly experienced and knowledgeable leader, to work on a variety of matters, and to eventually progress into a supervisory position themselves.



Typical matters within the caseload include:

• Sale and Purchase (Free & Leasehold)


• Remortgages


• Transfers of Equity


• New Builds


• Shared Ownership

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactional matters. High levels of organisation and attention to detail are essential.



Salary: £38000 - £48000
