Legal Secretary Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate team
* Manage new enquiries, ensuring efficient triage and follow-up
* Handle filing, billing, and credit control tasks
* Assist with Land Registry applications
* Manage diaries and perform general secretarial duties
* Support the team in all aspects of non-legal advisor work
Legal Secretary Requirements:
* You will have previous legal experience as a secretary or administrator, ideally in property or real estate
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
* Experience in a busy, professional environment
