Location: Bury (Office Based / Hybrid)

Package: £34-36'000k and performance-based bonuses.

Our client is a leading IT Solutions technology company, specializing in innovative solutions for IT, Broadband & Telecommunication.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. A typically Digital Role, we are looking for experienced creative individuals with a passion for digital marketing and a keen understanding of the IT landscape and technology solutions.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies & campaigns that focus on brand awareness activities, generate leads, and drive customer engagement to the portfolio of IT and Telecommunication Solutions offered.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals, including online and offline campaigns, content marketing, and social media strategies.

Content Creation and Management: Create engaging content for various platforms (website, blog, social media, newsletters, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and leads. This includes writing blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing collateral.

Digital Marketing Campaigns: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO to maximize ROI.

Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand presence, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Analyze campaign performance data to refine and optimize strategies.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.

Event Planning and Management: Plan, organize, and manage webinars, trade shows, and other events to promote products and services.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Foster relationships with customers and partners to enhance brand loyalty

Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology or IT services industry.

Proven experience in digital marketing - including content creation, SEO, PPC, and social media management.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of IT solutions

Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
