Job Description
Do you have In-depth knowledge of HIU- Heat Interface Units, FCU- Fan Coil Units and MVHR - Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery systems?
Do you have what it takes to work in some of London’s premium residential buildings?
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional property care?If the answer to all of the above is yes, then read on.
The role covers all aspects of reactive and planned domestic plumbing/heating maintenance dealing with both concierge teams as well as high net worth individuals.
You will travel between Premium Homes locations on a daily basis and will closely collaborate with our dedicated in-house Premium Homes team who will manage your diary.
Masterfix offers self-employed roles on the following basis:
Day rate – Up to £300 (PAYE options available)
Flexible schedule
Van hire optionsEssential requirements
Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
Up to date Domestic Gas Safe qualifications / Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1).
A passion for solving problems in tenanted premium residential properties.
Excellent IT skills.
