Bespak are looking for an 2nd Line IT Support for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. In this role you would provide the IT Service Desk with 2nd line support. The salary range for this permanent onsite role is between £26.5k to £33k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Our generous benefits package includes 28 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company pension contribution to employees 3%, onsite parking and medical / dental / health / life insurance.Working Pattern We are flexible Work 7.5 hours + 30 mins lunch break, between 8 and 5, this could be 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm or a variation of this.

As the 2nd Line IT Support, you'll be the go-to expert for the IT Service Desk team, providing technical advice and troubleshooting complex issues. You'll manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed. Maintaining hardware and software on both standard and critical systems will be a key part of your role, including implementing controls to ensure compliance. You'll also create documentation, propose IT improvements, and collaborate with other teams to champion best practices. Ultimately, you'll play a vital role in keeping the company's IT systems running smoothly and efficiently.

- Provide expert 2nd line IT support to Service Desk.
- Manage and maintain critical PC hardware estates.
- Offer advice on IT systems, especially GxP builds.
- Develop and maintain software and Windows deployments.
- Create clear documentation for customers and Service Desk.
- Propose and implement IT improvement projects.
- Proven IT Service Desk experience with Microsoft products.
- Experience in a similar IT role within a corporate environment.
- Working knowledge of ITIL or ITOPs IT service delivery models.
- PC build and software deployment experience.
- Strong core IT systems and process skills (Active Directory, PowerShell, etc.).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
