Job Description
Your role
- You are responsible for the commercial development of Petersime activities within Brazil and any additional neighboring Latin American assigned area.
- You focus on prospection and developing new contacts with different stakeholders via a thorough and structured market analysis (mapping prospects, countries, competitors...).
- You negotiate autonomously with the key accounts, you think in terms of solutions and position yourself as your customer’s partner, ensuring a close cooperation between Petersime and the customer.
- From your location in Brazil, you will work together with the office in Belgium (Olsene) and in Brazil (Içara) and your colleagues from marketing, service, business development etc.
- You submit information into the CRM system and report to the Sales Director Latin America.
Your profile
- You have minimum 10 years of experience in the poultry industry in Brazil
- You preferably have a master’s degree, or at least a master’s level of thinking, and a solid background in market development in a B-2-B environment. Petersime works within complex technical environments.
- You are an “entrepreneur” who is motivated by autonomy and results, a strong negotiator thanks to your analytical skills, customer-oriented attitude, and relational skills.
- You have an excellent knowledge of Portuguese and English and preferably in Spanish too.
- You are based in Brazil and are prepared to travel 50% of the time.
