Requirements Matric IT Experience Qualification Essential Drivers License essential Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Respond to, manage, and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner. Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity problems, and application. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software. Assist with user account management, including password resets and access. Document issues and resolutions to maintain accurate records of support activities. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. Provide on-site or remote after hours assistance as required. Ensure users are informed of the status of their requests and deliver excellent customer service. Stay updated on IT best practices and emerging technologies to improve support services and help drive efficiency.
