Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Induction:

o Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and coordinating onboarding materials

o Facilitate new employee induction and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.

Leaver Management:

o Process employee resignations and terminations, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

o Ensure the proper retrieval of company property and completion of offboarding tasks, such as deactivating system access and finalizing benefits.

Benefits Administration:

o Assist employees with enrolling in company benefits programs, addressing questions and concerns related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.

Background Checks:

o Coordinate background checks for new employees, ensuring all necessary screenings are completed and documentation is processed.

o Review and verify the results of background checks and raise any issues or discrepancies.

Employee Engagement:

o Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing and participating in employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Administrative Support:

o Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining HR files, and preparing reports.

o Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department. o Ensure that all employee records are handled confidentially

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to manage stakeholders in HQ in China.
