We are looking for a talented and motivated Payroll & HR Administration Senior Specialist who will take care of personnel and compensation topics. Are you the NEXT one?


Working as a Payroll & HR Administration Senior Specialist you will:

- Work with great colleagues within growing Compensation & HR Administration team

- Manage payroll & PA with day-to-day HR administration operations

- Creating monthly payroll lists and personnel records for Accounting & Finance team

- Experience in working with payroll and HR programs

- Handle employees queries with dedicated email inbox

- Support personnel hiring, employment continuity, accuracy of HR operations in line with labor law and internal regulations

- Prepare and provide data reports if required

- Cooperate with Comp & Ben Analyst and HR Business Partner

- Handle Social Fund management

- Support process of hiring foreigners

- Prepare HR related documents & employees guides

- Ensure new joiners and leavers are processed correctly and in a timely manner (documentation, certificates, medical examination referrals, etc.)

- Maintain strict confidentiality over employees data and information, ensuring full compliance with GDPR

- Participate in general compensation audit to ensure data integrity and compliance with labor law and regulations


What do we need from you?

- 2+ years of experience in similar position in payroll/PA area

- Excellent knowledge of Polish labor law, payroll and HR administration standards

- Experience in working with payroll and HR programs (familiarity with Enova is a plus)

- Strong focus on supporting managers in daily operations

- Good knowledge of process implementation

- Strong analytical skills and attention to details

- Master's degree in economy, HR or business management

- Experience in working with international branches (nice to have)

- Can-do attitude

- Team player!

- English - at least B2
