Machine Service Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Management of the Machine Service Department
• Supervision of the Service Team
• Planning and Scheduling Service Work
• Customer Relationship Management
• Optimization of Service Processes
• Management of Spare Parts and Tools
• Control of Operational Costs
• Compliance with Regulations and Standards
• Analysis and Reporting

Our requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with professional background in business administration, machinery, English, national trade, etc.
• Rich experience in after-sales services in the construction machinery industry, familiar with the construction of service supervision system, and experience as a service manager is preferred.
• Min. 3 years of experience in after-sales services and service team management.
• In addition to being fluent in the local language, it is necessary to be proficient in one of the English/Chinese languages and have good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and other office work software.
• Have strong communication and organizational skills, management skills, clear logical thinking, strong data analysis and report writing skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
