Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover a wide variety of buildings in the Enfield area.

Our client is a leading technical services providerwho specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. They are looking for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover a number of sites all in the Enfield area.

Working Hours of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:4 on 4 off DAYS only, 7-7

Basic Starting Salary:Up to £44,000

As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be expected to travel to the base site each morning where you will retrieve your site list for the day and be given a van to travel between the buildings.

Thisrole is a temporary to permanent position withplenty of overtime available, so it is ideal for someone looking to maximise their earnings and potential!

Role

• Planned Maintenance on Electrical / HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's
• Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports.
• Checking UPS systems
• Testing fire alarms
• Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / LED's etc
• Changing belts / pumps etc
• Changing / cleaning filters
• AHU's FCU's
• Minor alterations to BMS set points.
• General Building services to sanitary ware.
• Tap / temperature L8 checks

Experience required

• Electrical maintenance background.
• Strong Electrical and Building Services Maintenance knowledge
• Electrical NVQ City & Guilds Level 2 / 3 qualified along with 18th Edition.
• Understanding of Electrical / HVAC plant maintenance in a commercial environment.
• Valid UK driving licence.
