Operations/Plant Manager

Youll be joining the team based in Ayrshire as their Plant Manager, playing a vital part in their continuing growth and development.

If you can:

• Manage operations whilst increasing efficiencies and meeting targets.
• Motivate and inspire the team to deliver on their operational targets.
• Build successful relationships across the business.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Bring resilience and problem-solving skills to deliver success for the team and organisation.

And be:

• An experienced Senior Engineer or Operational Leader with experience of assembly and machining.
• Self-driven and motivated.
• A creative and pragmatic problem-solver who knows how to bring the team along.
• Ambitious for yourself, your team and the business.
