Corporate Real Estate Lawyer

For our international firm client, Corporate Real Estate is a key strategic focus, both from a Corporate and a Real Estate perspective. The firm is accordingly looking to continue growing and strengthening the London team in this area.

Over the years, the team has acquired considerable M&A experience in the Real Estate sector, having acted on deals of all shapes, sizes and descriptions. Lawyers work with many of the largest and most sophisticated clients in the Real Estate sector. It is an ambitious, collaborative and friendly team.

Candidates will be England & Wales qualified or equivalent, with at least 2 years' PQE, coming from a recognised transactional legal practice, with experience in and a sound understanding of M&A transactions, especially in the Real Estate sector. Experience of cross-border transactions is also sought.
