Data & Cyber Solicitor

Our global firm client is looking to recruit a highly skilled Data and Cyber Solicitor to join the London team.

The suitable candidate will have experience of advising on EU and UK digital regulation, specifically from the Data, Privacy and AI side. You will provide expert legal advice on data protection and privacy laws, all other areas of new digital regulation and cybersecurity matters to a diverse clientele, including multinational corporations, technology, digital media and life sciences companies and financial institutions.

The work is primarily non-contentious and the focus is on advisory work, contracts and strategic advice, to clients seeking to comply with data protection, privacy, AI and cyber requirements.

Applicants from a Commercial Technology background with experience of GDPR and data regulatory will be considered.
