Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are a maintenance company who carry out both reactive and quoted works for our clients based in the West Midlands.

We are looking for a multi skilled engineer with a can-do attitude and approachable demeanour to carry out general maintenance works across our clients sites.

Day to day duties include

• Performing repair and general maintenance work of facilities, including carpentry.
• Moving and assisting in transportation of furniture and equipment.
• Reactive and planned works to be carried out to same standard.

• Ability to use efficiently various power and hand tools.
• Have good knowledge of carpentry and plumbing among other technical skills
• Have good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques in order to determine exact problems and tackle them accordingly
• Should follow verbal or written instructions.
• Communicate efficiently and fluently in both written and oral form.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Eye for detail.
• Professional presentation and attitude.
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
• Strong time management skills.
• Working within SLAs and help achieve KPIs
• A valid clean drivers license, as will be travelling all over West Midlands
