Finance Coordinator

Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be supporting a growing, successful oil service company to hire a Finance Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis. Working within a large finance team this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant looking to take their next step within a growing business. The role will be based on our client's office in Turriff, Aberdeenshire with hybrid working, career development opportunities and an excellent benefits package on offer.

The Opportunity

As the Finance Coordinator you will support the Management Accountant and Senior Finance Coordinator in the production of monthly management accounts and variance analysis. You will work closely with the Projects Team with tracking of costs by projects, raising sales invoices, financial analysis the relevant reporting for each project.

Background and Experience

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, looking to take their next step within a business that can provide career development opportunities.

Essential:

• Previous experience in a similar finance role covering management accounting/invoicing


• Working in partnership with operations projects teams, you will be a strong communicator, ensuring alignment on all items finance projects related


• You'll be a strong team player with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills

Desired:

• Experience of Sage 200, Oracle NetSuite or C-SAM


• A relevant business/accounting qualification, working towards accounting qualifications
