Our client, a Residential Development specialist, is looking for a solicitor with at least 7 years' experience to come on board in a Legal Director capacity.

The team acts for the majority of the Top 10 housebuilders in UK and also for smaller developers/land promoters acquiring interests in land for residential development.

Across the Residential Development group are legal professionals who advise developers throughout the lifecycle of a development. The team has been structured to mirror a development's lifecycle.
