What You Will Be Doing

• Design Advanced RF Systems: Create state-of-the-art RF frontends for space applications, ensuring they meet high-performance standards.
• RF Systems Design Ownership: Oversee all aspects of RF systems design, including developing specifications, selecting components, implementing designs, and verifying performance.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical reviews with key stakeholders to evaluate system and RF design strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware-software interfaces and manage project dependencies.
• System Integration: Work closely with system hardware and validation engineers to define analog-to-digital specifications, interfaces, calibration, verification, and production processes.
• Vendor Coordination: Partner with antenna vendors to establish antenna-RF specifications, interfaces, and verification procedures.
• Integration and Validation: Oversee the integration and validation process, leading RF-related activities to ensure successful implementation.
• Spacecraft Collaboration: Work closely with spacecraft integrators to validate the design and its interfaces.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Strong background in analog-to-digital and RF design, with hands-on experience using advanced RF testing equipment for debugging and troubleshooting.
• Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
