Client Partner

We're looking for a driven, ambitious Client Partner for our growing Executive Search and Interim Management business based near Reading, Twyford. The ideal candidate will thrive in a target-driven environment, excelling in both relationship development and executive search/interim management assignments and be looking for a rewarding next step up in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and meet revenue targets
• Lead executive search and interim management processes
• Build and leverage professional networks
• Negotiate contracts and develop tailored programmes
• Provide high-quality client consultations and presentations
• Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly
• Organise and deliver client events to enhance networking capability and Aston Fisher’s brand

Required Skills:

• Strong relationship development and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and lead teams
• Proficiency in using various outreach methods (phone, email, LinkedIn)
• Capacity to identify and close business opportunities

Remuneration:
