Human Resources Advisor

We're seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to provide essential support to our UK team. As the first point of contact for all people-related issues, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment within our innovative and fast-paced company. You'll work closely with the Director of Human Resources to address and resolve personnel matters effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line HR advice and support: Offer guidance on terms and conditions of employment, HR policies, and procedures.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities: Including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Support employee relations initiatives: Such as investigations and performance management.
• Maintain HR records and systems: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll: Coordinate with relevant departments.
• Contribute to organizational development and talent management: Support employee growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• CIPD qualification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
