equired Core Skills:

- Controlling & product costing, profit center accounting, material ledger, FI integration knowledge with MM & SD , FSCM.

- SAP FICO

- Experience in working in Global delivery model (GDM) will be an added advantage.

- Excellent team management skill

Nice to have skills:

- Experience as a Functional Lead in FICO with experience in implementation, of FICO solution (Conducting workshops, Design, Testing, Data Migration and hyper care cutover activities).

- Proactive approach to problem solving.

Detailed Job Description:

- This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle.

- As a Domain Specialist, candidate will be intensely involved in business process consulting, defining the problem, propose, and create the solution.

- The candidate must have at least 15 years of experience working with R2R as a Functional Consultant in all sub modules: AP, AR, Asset Management, Controlling, Product costing, Integration with Bank, Tax, Intercompany

- The candidate should possess broad functional knowledge in Finance domain and in-depth technical knowledge in the SAP FICO module.

- The candidate should have proven expertise in configuring and supporting SAP landscapes.

- The candidate is expected to interact with Business SME and therefore should be able to converse in Business Language with SAP technical capabilities.

- Lead the engagement efforts at different stages from Problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development deployment, contribute to unit level Organizational initiatives.

Top Responsibilities:

1. Lead the engagement efforts at different stages from Problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development deployment, contribute to unit level Organizational initiatives

2. At least 10 years of FI experience and 5 years of SAP CO experience.

3. Exposure to ABAP development and debugging.
