Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

WeDo is searching for a Principal Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant to join a leading consulting organisation with a strong presence across the UK, EMA, and US. Our client is ambitious project to enhance their Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) capabilities. They are looking for an experienced consultant to lead and drive the customization and optimization of their F&O solutions across multiple stakeholders.

The successful Principal Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant will:

• Lead and oversee enterprise-level Dynamics 365 F&O projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Architect, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 F&O solutions tailored to global clients’ needs.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and technical teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Engage directly with end-user clients, offering expert advice and driving business transformation.
• Mentor junior consultants and continuously enhance your own expertise in the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Enjoy the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to client sites as needed.
• Be supported by a highly skilled Dynamics team, dedicated to ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Have extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
• Be fluent in English and comfortable working on international projects.
• Possess deep knowledge of the Power Platform and the ability to design and implement sophisticated solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics solutions specifically within Finance & Operations.
• Have a strong understanding of multiple functional modules within Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Be passionate about solving customer challenges and driving business growth.
• Be comfortable working with senior leadership and C-level executives.
• Be based in the UK, with the ability to travel as required.
