About The Role

To support the Finance Team in contributing to an efficient and accurate Credit Control Function to meet key business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Allocation of customer payments against customer accounts
• Managing customer account queries
• Issuing customer statements
• Proactive follow up of overdue customer accounts, working with sales team to reach a resolution
• Providing input to creation of bad debt provision
• Month end reconciliation of sales ledger accounts
• Finance due diligence and sanction/credit checks for new customers
• Manage and own your professional development in order to achieve your work objectives and your career and personal goals

About You

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A collaborative and team-oriented work ethic
• Ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of tasks
• Ability to effectively prioritise, prepare, and plan workload
• Previous credit control experience - preferred
• SAP experience - preferred
• Advanced Excel skills - preferred
