The Job:

The role involves overseeing the training and motivation of the chef team, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and portion control. As a capable coach, mentor, and effective communicator, the candidate will inspire the team with their culinary passion and expertise. They should be prepared to assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Head Chef.
