We are creating our new distinct hotel brand that does things differently: inviting our guests to explore the surrounding neighbourhood, discovering the stories of its people, savouring its food and flavours and taking in every delightful detail.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join us and be a key part of the decision making in our stunning seafront location, only a stone's throw from Brighton. You will be part of the food team creating some of the most stunning dishes on the South Coast!

As a Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the food operation and your kitchen team in ensuring we are delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The Head Chef is a crucial leadership role within our hotel's culinary team. This role will lead a talented team of culinary professionals, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and quality. As a Head Chef, you will...
- Take the reins in the kitchen, whether you are making decisions or coming up with fresh ways to help the team run better together.
- Communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality meals to customers on time.
- Recognise and lead the team as a whole, understanding how to maximise their potential.
- Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen tohelp to guarantee the care of your entire team and visitors.

- Experience managing a busy kitchen, training and developing a high performing team who constantly exceed targets
