We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer with over 4 years of expertise to lead and own ServiceNow deliveries, mentor team members, and implement best practices. The successful candidate will participate in all phases of design, development, and deployment in ServiceNow, ensuring high-quality solutions that align with ITIL processes and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions
• Act as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow implementations, guiding and mentoring team members
• Define, implement, and maintain best practices for ServiceNow development
• Review and monitor team activities, ensuring adherence to standards and quality
• Conduct trainings on ServiceNow modules and processes
• Perform due diligence on customer tools, processes, and projects, documenting findings and recommendations
• Ensure seamless integration with core ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and more
• Design and modify workflows, create custom applications, and develop reports and dashboards
• Conduct complex data migration and ensure accurate foundation data management and data modeling
• Manage LDAP integration and create templates for foundation data and CMDB

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Glide scripting, Glide Records, etc.)
• Expertise in creating custom related lists, Access Control Lists, and script-based UI policies
• Proficient in rendering forms, lists, UI pages, and working with Jelly
• Experience with Web Service Integration, LDAP, and importing data from external sources
• Ability to design macros, formatters, and work with complex log files
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including external tools, applications, and systems

Required Certifications:

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
• ServiceNow Admin Certification
