We're on the lookout for an experienced Early Careers Specialist to join our clients team In this dynamic role, you'll drive end-to-end graduate recruitment campaigns, collaborating closely with internal and external partners.

What You'll Do:

• Lead recruitment for Data Science, Data Analytics
• Partner with stakeholders to meet hiring goals, ensuring diversity and inclusion.
• Manage the full candidate journey—from attraction to onboarding.
• Oversee graduate programmes, providing support and pastoral care.
• Facilitate assessment centers, deliver training, and host key events.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in early careers and volume recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and people skills.
• Passion for nurturing young talent and facilitating their growth.
