Commercial Construction Superintendent
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead and manage all aspects of the construction process for our projects. The main objective of this position is to ensure successful project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and requirements are met
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any project issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Experience in commercial construction, specifically with big box and service station/gas station ground-up projects
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
