Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Asphalt PM/Estimator to oversee and manage various asphalt paving projects for our construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of asphalt paving projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met
• Oversee project teams, including field personnel, to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are maintained
• Prepare and present project estimates, proposals, and progress reports to clients
• Monitor project progress and performance, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in asphalt paving and project management
• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, materials, and equipment
• Experience in estimating asphalt paving projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of DOT and municipal regulations for roadway and parking lot construction
• Experience in stripping and signage for parking lots and roadways
