Sr Project Manager, Building Automation (Construction)

We are a full service construction company with a specialization in building automation for both new and retrofit projects all across the Western United States. Our team has been in business for 30+ years now and have about 300 employees!

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for acquiring new projects at acceptable margin levels, then managing those projects to successful completion.
• Act as a project leader for the controls team while being in tune with customer requirements.
• When needed will customize standard software from controls team or existing standards library.
• Manage material procurement process, monitor material usage, cost and inventory.
• Develop and maintain relationship with customers, prime contractors, subcontractors and trade personnel.

Required:

• 5+ years working in the commercial construction field
• Experience working with customers for selling/upselling services/products
• Experience leading/managing a team
• Understanding of ALC (Automation) programming or Building Automation would be a bonus
• Operational experience
