Position Overview
As a Concrete Resurfacer, you will be responsible for repairing and renovating concrete structures to restore their functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing the condition of concrete surfaces and identifying areas in need of repair or resurfacing
- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, filling in cracks, and removing debris
- Mixing and applying resurfacing materials to restore the look and functionality of the concrete
- Using tools and equipment such as concrete saws, grinders, and trowels to smooth and level surfaces
- Working collaboratively with other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, with a focus on concrete work
- Expertise in concrete repair and resurfacing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Nice to have: experience with resurfacing, resurfacer, or resurface
