Projects range from $40M - $60M, both ground up and fit outs - across Multifamily, Retail, Commercial, etc.

Job Description

The Superintendent is responsible for:

• Overseeing on-site daily project operations
• Generating daily project reports
• Ensuring projects are progressing and per schedule and in accordance with local building codes and laws
• Ensuring Safety codes/regulations are followed by laborers and staff

The Successful Applicant

The right Superintendent will have:

• MA CSL
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading projects (Ideally in the Multifamily space)
• Experience utilizing construction software (Procore, Bluebeam)
• Experience successfully overseeing ground up commercial/multifamily construction projects
