In this role, you will be a lead field representative for design-build infrastructure projects across the Southwest. You will be a key member of our growing Federal Services Division specializing in projects for the following: USACE, NAVFAC, DOD, GSA, etc. To express interest or verify qualifications, please email Recruiter directly. What You Will Be Doing
- Managing all Field Superintendents assigned to the project
- Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager unless otherwise specified
- Ensuring the highest standards of performance and professionalism are maintained throughout all phases of construction project efforts
- Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly reports are completed fully, accurately and on time
- Conducting weekly Construction Meetings with stakeholders to discuss/resolve all open matters impacting project execution
- Managing the performance of all subs to ensure proper execution of their respective scope and full compliance with contract requirements
- Providing direct oversight of, and support for, the field efforts of the site Safety Manager to ensure compliance with the Safety Plan and OSHA requirements
What You Need for this Position
10+ years of relevant Commercial Superintendent experience and:
- Prior experience on 2 or more projects exceeding $10M in value
- Experience with vertical and civil scope
- OSHA 30
- CQM or EM 385-1-1 is a PLUS
- Prior experience with successful completion of USACE/NAVFAC/DoD projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain a security clearance if required
- Bachelors Degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture) PREFERRED
