Electrical Engineer

This energy consultancy is looking for an Electrical Engineer who has possibly worked in building services or energy while being based in the Yorkshire area an keen to focus on energy networks and sustainable energy.

The team is growing across the UK and you'll be working alongside the lead Electrical Engineer who is based in their Leeds office.

This will see you enjoy a blend of office and field-based work carrying out surveys, discussing options and designing solutions to satisfy current and future needs for individual large buildings and areas such as estates and multi-building developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn from and support Senior and Lead Engineers on cutting-edge project delivery
- Drive energy efficiency upgrades with your engineering expertise
- Take the lead on single-discipline projects, with support for professional growth
- Design state-of-the-art electrical systems from concept to completion
- Produce innovative designs for renewable technologies including GSHP, ASHP, and Solar PV

About you

- BEng/MEng in Electrical Engineering or Building Services
- Minimum 4 years experience in the electrical engineering/energy industry
- Passion for renewable and low-carbon technologies
- Experience with AutoCAD and Trimble (Amtech) software
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
