Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Location:Biggin Hill Area

Salary:£26,500 per annum (Full Time - 40 hours) or Pro-rata for Part Time (24-30 hours)

About Us:Pearson Whiffin is excited to recruit a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a well-established nursery in the Biggin Hill area. Our nursery is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education to children in accordance with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Monitor and record childrens progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each childs development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
