Key Responsibilities:

• Freight Coordination: Manage end-to-end coordination of Air and Ocean Freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Customs Compliance: Handle all necessary customs documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Client Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients, keeping them informed of shipment statuses and resolving any issues that arise.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to the supply chain.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and process all required shipping and customs documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in freight forwarding, particularly in Air or Ocean Freight import/export operations.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, customs regulations, and industry best practices.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing documentation and compliance.
