Deputy Home Manager -£25,000.00 (Days) -Kettering NN16 PERMANENT

Due to the opening of a brand new 4 Bed LD service in central Kettering, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Home Manager. The Home is a fantastic facility with first class amenities, in a great location.

Shifts are both Earlies and Lates (7am-2.30pm and2.30pm-10pm), working 4 or 5 shifts a week. This includes alternative weekends.You must work BOTH early and late shifts.

Please note -at present having a Full UK driving licence is essential as you will be using the company vehicle.

We are recruiting an experienced Deputy Home Manager to deliver a quality of care and support to our service users. You will be an experienced Deputy Home Manager with a good working knowledge of CQC standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

A good working knowledge of CQC standards and the Health and Social Act 2008;

You will be tasked with helping to lead and supervising the support and careteams to deliver the highest standards of person centred care.

Full UK Driving Licence (3 points Maximum).

Its important to understand that this role is not a Monday to Friday 9 5.

You will be supported by the management team.
