We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive who enjoys developing new business and building relationships with potential customers and referral partners.

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum / Bonus Structure TBC

Market Analysis & Prospecting: Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities. Develop targeted prospect lists based on buyer avatars and regularly update them. Segment lists based on industry and size for targeted outreach.
Contact Chain Management: Engage in networking activities to expand contacts, both online and in person. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.
Sales & Marketing Execution: Implement multi-channel campaigns and analyse customer feedback to refine sales processes and BD approaches. Collaborate with the Strategic Account Manager for alignment.
Sales Target Management: Understand sales objectives set by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and seek clarity to ensure clear expectations. Manage the sales pipeline efficiently and exercise effective time management to try various sales approaches.

EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market analysis.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Clarity Go.
- Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet sales targets.
